Before real estate, Dakota was in the Marketing Department for Yaga's Entertainment, Inc. The advertising skills that she learned in that position have crossed over into her real estate business – both traditional and digital skills. Dakota earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Stephen F. Austin State University, and with this foundation, she places an emphasis on stellar customer service and thorough communication. Dakota was recently engaged to longtime beau, Michael, and she lives in Pirates Beach on the West End. Two dogs, a Dachshund named Gracie and a Border Collie Mix named Penny, round out her family. Her hobbies include traveling, kayaking, exploring the West End neighborhoods on her golf cart, playing bingo and spending time at her family's' ranch in the Hill Country.
