I believe everyone deserves good customer service. I strive everyday to provide the attention my clients deserve & the same customer care that I would want. I have been in and around the real estate business since 1982 and I have been at Waller County Land Company since 1999. I was raised and attended school in the Cypress area and have watched the landscape change over the years. With the completed Grand Pkwy and all of the development along the US Hwy 290 corridor, Waller & Cypress are now closer together than ever. I moved to the Waller area in 1995 and fell in love with the area & the people. I love working with people and assisting them in their real estate needs. I look forward to it every day whether it is in Waller County, NW Harris County, Grimes County or SW Montgomery County! My goal is that the end result is a very satisfied client.

Kim Perry has been an active member of the Waller area for over 25 years. Previously, she has served the local school district as a librarian for twenty-three years and is excited to turn that community focus toward real estate. Kim holds both a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and a Master's degree in Media Technology. She has been married to Billy Perry, who also works for Waller ISD, for twenty-four years and has a daughter, Mary-Elizabeth, who is attending Texas A&M University. When Kim isn't making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time gardening and decorating. I would like to take the opportunity to introduce ourselves and tell you a little bit about us.
First of all we are a husband and wife real estate team. Brent was born and raised in Waller and had always wanted to move back here. In 1992 we purchased some land in northeast Waller County. We began clearing our property on the weekends, setup a travel trailer, and would come out every weekend. It became harder each time we came out to go back to Houston.
Brent had always been interested in real estate and decided that that would give us the opportunity to work and live here. So in 1999 he became a licensed real estate agent, talked me into it in 2003. In May 2019 I earned my broker's license and we opened our real estate office, Red Dirt Realty Group, LLC in June 2019.
We have never regretted our decision to go into real estate. We have had the opportunity to meet some great people, show and sell beautiful ranches, homes, acreage, even beach properties. Real estate is never boring and every deal is different, unique, offers challenges, but always rewarding.
